Material Handling

Please make arrangements with the decorator to receive and hold shipments at least thirty (30) days prior to the event.  The decorator is George Fern Company, Michael Triola,281-260-7200. Advance Shipments should be labeled:

Shipping

Globex Logistics, Inc. has been designated as the appointed freight forwarder / customs broker for shipments to our event in Houston, TX. They can effectively handle shipments from your door to your booth including all customs clearance assistance. Please direct all of your shipping inquiries to them.

Please contact Globex for assistance with customs clearance and delivery your booth. All shipments should be directed to the Globex warehouse prior to the event as follows:
