Turning ValvesIn mid February, 2 workers suffered 1st and 2nd degree burns when they were splashed in the face with sulfuric acid from a broken pipe at the Tesoro Golden Eagle refinery in Martinez CA.  The CSB and CalOSHA are investigating the incident amid reports of missing required safety equipment and questionable safety culture.
